I cancel my policy but you still charged me 140 usd, that was on April 7 and I haven’t received my refund.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

You didn't mention whether or not you contacted the company to find out when you would get a refund. Best do that first instead of just waiting for it.
As a reminder, now you know why signing up for or allowing any company to just take monies from your bank account is a terrible and unsafe idea. Best to have, for example an insurance company send you a bill and then you pay it via a check or, perhaps your bank's bill pay method, often a free service to account-holders.
